Sometimes, you just gotta shrug it off.
Shopping with four children can be difficult. So isn't driving, cleaning, sleeping, taking a shower, eating, cooking, tying your shoes, making a phone call, ordering drive thru, drinking a coffee, watching TV and breathing.
Christmas Eve eve... I was finishing up my shopping and met a most unpleasant woman. A saleswoman. She took one look at my brood and announces, "Oh... twin boys. They're fine now, but once they turn 4 just put them up for adoption and save yourself the headache." No, really... she said that. I responded with a , "Well, that explains the need for DSS I guess hah?"
She didn't like that.
The feeling was mutual.
