Kate's socks (First shot at lace knitting! Fun!)

These are Allison Sarnoff's Cable and Lace socks.  If you are a Raveler, the pattern is free and is found here.  The yarn is Knit Picks Bare Merino Superwash.  I dyed it using Great Value's sugar free grape drink mix (Wal-Mart version of grape Crystal Light) in a pot of almost boiling water.
