IOU: One blog post

Dear Reader,

 

I owe you one big, fat Texas blog post with photos and descriptions and all sorts of cool stuff.  And I have one too.  Its half written.  Thing is, I have been so fricking exhausted since last Monday I just haven't finished it.  I know, I lose.  Its coming.  Texas rocks.  But it knows that already. And they don't have whole lobsters, which surprised me.  There's a story behind that... which is in my half written blog post.
