Dan Savage Pisses Off People for Being Right
Awesome piece on the latest controversy surrounding my personal hero, Dan Savage. Click here to read it and watch the video in question.
Essentially, Mr. Savage simply points out the giant vats of putrid hypocrisy that is the Bible and some kids get up and walk out. Its hard to hear the truth, so like true Bible thumpers they high-tailed it out of there. And now the media firestorm begins. Because its okay to have gay teenagers killing themselves daily, but it is NOT okay to call out those responsible for it.
