The chocolate at the end of my desk.
I am sitting here in my office. My desk is a giant "L" shape with the long part of L facing the wall and holding my computer. The short part of the L faces the door, to my left. On the corner of that part is a large basket filled with various chocolates and peanut butter cups.
I can smell it all day long. And I hate it, sitting there, taunting me. Pastel pieces, wrapped so nicely in their Spring-colored foils. Shiny. Glinting so innocently as the sunshine sparkles off of each little confectionery wrapper. Milk, dark and in-between chocolates. Twix, tiny Snickers and Milky Ways. Each one its own temptation.
Fie on you chocolate! I will not succumb to your evil ways.
Well, maybe I'll start that tomorrow.
