TIAA CREF, still sucking
Not that anyone but me gives a crap, but these people are really special. I had a small loan balance on my account, so when I closed it and wanted my moula they were supposed to just pay off the balance and give me the difference.
Like this:
I have your $100.
I gave you $50 of it 2 months ago.
You want the rest of your money.
It takes me almost 4 weeks to figure out I still owe you $50. And then I write out a check for $40. And then take another 3 days to correct the $40 to $50. And then take another day to write out a new check for the $50. And I don't know when I'll be able to get the post office, so go screw. You'll get it.... sometime.
These are financial advisers people!!! Scary stuff.
