Knitting Olympics... Game On!

I'm in the Olympics! I'm in the Olympics!  Rules are here.  I must find a project that is hard for me to finish in 16 days but not impossible.  I knit slow-ish but not wicked slow.  Hmmm....  big decision.  I'll need to find a pattern like today and then get they yarn by the 10th, knit a swatch by the 11th so I can get gauge...

I am so cussing pumped for this!
