Our Adoption So Far
Well, we were APPROVED for our puppy today! I think we're getting this puppy or this puppy . We're so excited! Woo hoooooo! Aaron is pretty psyched, actually I haven't seen him this goofily happy in a while. Is goofily a word?
So, now the wait begins. It takes two weeks for the paperwork for exporting to go through and to get a flight scheduled. And they can't come to the US until 30 days after their rabies shot. We need to get half of the payment to them to get the puppy sent. Puppy will fly into Boston's Logan Airport where we will meet up with a SDR volunteer for the homecoming and then we pay our balance then. By the time she gets here she will be 4 months old. Which is fine with me as her foster family is currently housebreaking her and crate training her. Very fine with me!
