In the joint session today on Capitol Hill a vote was held to put on the 2008 Ballot an amendment to destroy marriage equality in Massachusetts.

It was voted 45 yea, 151 nay.

No vote. Marriage rights remain for everyone. As it should be.

Can we move on now and leave people to live their lives?
